I provide institutional-grade underwriting, due diligence, and deal structuring for commercial real estate investments across all major asset classes, spanning ground-up developments and acquisitions.

Financial modeling sits at the core of my work. I build robust, decision-ready models that withstand institutional scrutiny and serve as the analytical backbone for capital allocation, partnership structuring, and investment approvals.
Beyond the numbers, I lead comprehensive due diligence, including zoning analysis, lease audits, operating and capital expenditure reviews, tenant credit assessments, rent roll analysis, market comparables, lender term reviews, and tenant interviews. I evaluate not only financial outputs, but the underlying assumptions, structural risks, capital stack alignment, and operational realities that ultimately drive performance.

I structure transactions across debt and equity, design waterfall and promote frameworks, align GP/LP incentives, and optimize capital stacks to balance risk, return, and execution certainty.
